Sheet Labels
for laser/inkjet printers

The DOS version does a great job printing continuous (i.e. dot matrix) style label stock, but printing sheet labels with laser and inkjet printers has always been a tricky proposition.  Now in the new Inventory module you can print using sheet labels or coninuous labels with ease.  And if you use any of the standard Avery sizes, then you already have them set up for you.  Here's a sample screen from the Item Labels program showing you the extent of the label formats RTS added:

If you look to the upper right of the screen above you'll see the "Start at Label Number" prompt.  This feature, available only when printing sheet labels, allows you to use up a partial sheet of labels at the start of your print run.

Even if you use an oddball sheet label, you'll find that you can customize laser label formats quite easily, even for labels that come on smaller than normal sheets.   And with our Windows product allowing you to choose a font and font size on your reports, you can use a small font to get a lot more information on small labels, saving you money!
