ACT! On - Line Training


RDI has a new dynamic service !   Through new technology we are able to provide On - line internet interactive training for your company.  As you may know, we have supported the ACT Contact Manager software for years.  Further, you may also been aware of our training seminars.  Now with this new service, we are able to additionaly train on your site without travel charges!

Charges you won't have to worry about:

  1. Airfare
  2. Absence of your employees, as they will remain at your office.
  3. Motel expenses
  4. Rental Car expenses
  5. Payroll for your absent employees and,
  6. Added responsibilities/cost to/ for other employees covering for absent employees.

Further benefits:

  1. Training sessions will be customized for your company.  You choose the portions of the software you would like to be trained on.
  2. Train multiple persons at your company at no extra charge by using a speaker phone.  This also provides for cross training.
  3. New employees can be brought up to speed quicker since training will be more convienient.
  4. Training in 3 hour sessions instead of the full 8 hour day.

Customer essentials:

  1. A computer running Windows XP or newer.
  2. An internet connection ( preferrably high speed such as DSL or cable modem).

Charge per session:

The prepaid charge for on line training is by session.  A session is approximately 3 hours.
Purchasing 1 session is $299.  If you purchase 2 sessions the charge is only $499 and you save $99 !
